Ingredients

  • Base Layers: 2 cups refried beans, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup guacamole, 1 cup salsa, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Toppings & Decoration: 1/2 cup sliced black olives, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup sour cream (for piping yard lines), 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Dippers: 2 bags tortilla chips, 1 bag pretzel sticks (for goal posts optional)

Instructions

Layer Beans:
On a large rectangular platter spread the refried beans evenly to form the first layer.
Spread Sour Cream:
Carefully spread the sour cream over the beans leaving about a 1 inch border around the edges.
