06 - 1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
07 - 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Combine chives, parsley, dill, walnuts, dried cranberries, lemon zest, and black pepper in a shallow dish. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Gently roll the chilled goat cheese log in the herb and nut mixture, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating on all sides.
03 - Place the coated cheese log on a serving platter, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
04 - Before serving, optionally drizzle with honey and serve alongside crackers or baguette slices.
