# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Arrange crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
03 - Bake crackers for 4 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted but not bubbling; remove and let cool slightly.
04 - In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt; blend until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Place a strip of black olive across the dip to create a belt; position a small square of yellow bell pepper or cheddar in the center as the buckle.
07 - Arrange crackers on a platter and serve immediately.
