# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Arrange asparagus in a single layer on one side of the pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then toss to coat.
03 - Whisk together remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Place salmon fillets on the opposite side of the pan. Spoon the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the fillets.
05 - Roast for 15 to 18 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
06 - Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
