# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, and egg. Add wet ingredients to dry; stir until just combined without overmixing.
04 - In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating.
05 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into approximately 24 balls.
06 - Dip each dough ball in melted butter, then roll it in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat thoroughly.
07 - Place coated dough balls evenly in prepared pan; drizzle any remaining butter and cinnamon sugar over the top.
08 - Bake for 22-25 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
