01 - 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (approximately 2.6 pounds)
02 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

05 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil blend)

# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 425°F and lightly grease a large baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
02 - Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season evenly on both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried Italian herbs, and smoked paprika until well combined.
04 - Place chicken thighs in the baking dish skin side up. Evenly pour the garlic butter sauce over them, coating each piece thoroughly.
05 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
06 - Remove from oven. Spoon pan juices over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
07 - Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
