# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.
02 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
03 - In a separate shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, regular breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Pat chicken strips dry with paper towels. Dip each strip into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then press gently into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
05 - Place coated chicken strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
06 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
07 - Allow the chicken tenders to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
