# Directions:
01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Pour in the enchilada sauce and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
04 - Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente, then drain thoroughly.
05 - Add the drained pasta to the skillet and stir well to incorporate and heat through evenly.
