# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.

06 - Wrap each onion tightly in foil and arrange on a baking sheet.
07 - Roast for 1 hour and 10 minutes until the onions are meltingly tender when pierced with a knife.
08 - Carefully unwrap the foil, remove the skins, transfer onions to plates, spoon over any melted butter from foil, and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
