# Directions:
01 - Use two round cookie cutters of different sizes to cut circles from each bread slice: one large for the body and one smaller for the head.
02 - Spread cream cheese evenly over each bread circle.
03 - Layer one slice of cheddar cheese, cucumber, and tomato between two bread circles forming the body; repeat assembly for the head if desired.
04 - Place the smaller bread circle (head) atop the larger one (body) on a serving plate and secure gently with a toothpick if necessary.
