→ Garnishing and Assembly
11 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunk)
12 - Fresh parsley sprigs (for tree branches)
13 - Cherry tomatoes, halved (for tree ornaments)
14 - Yellow bell pepper, sliced into a star shape (for tree topper)
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices over the spread, then evenly distribute diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
05 - Repeat the assembling and rolling for the remaining tortillas and filling.
06 - Unwrap each roll and slice into six equal pinwheels.
07 - Place pinwheels on a large platter in a Christmas tree shape, arranging a wide base narrowing to a point.
08 - Insert pretzel sticks at the bottom for the trunk. Garnish with parsley sprigs between pinwheels, cherry tomato halves as ornaments, and top with a yellow bell pepper star.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
