# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly smooth.
02 - Lay tortillas flat on a clean cutting board. Evenly distribute and spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, reaching the edges.
03 - Sprinkle diced cucumber uniformly across the cream cheese layer.
04 - Arrange smoked salmon slices in a single, even layer over the cucumber.
05 - Starting from one side, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
06 - Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set and firm.
