# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes. Toss to coat all vegetables evenly.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Nestle the sausages among the vegetables on the baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 35 minutes, turning the sausages and stirring the vegetables halfway through, until the sausages are golden and cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
