Nutella Puff Pastry Snowflakes (Printable)

Golden puff pastry with creamy Nutella filling shaped into elegant snowflakes, perfect for festive occasions.

# Ingredient List:

→ Pastry

01 - 2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry (approx. 8.8 oz each), thawed if frozen

→ Filling

02 - 6 tablespoons Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread

→ Topping

03 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
04 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll one puff pastry sheet and place it on the prepared tray.
03 - Spread Nutella evenly over the pastry, leaving a 0.4-inch border around the edges.
04 - Place the second pastry sheet on top, aligning edges carefully.
05 - Place a small glass at the center without pressing down. Using a sharp knife, cut the pastry into 16 equal strips from the glass edge to the outer edge.
06 - Twist each strip gently two to three times. Optionally, pinch strip ends together to form a snowflake shape.
07 - Remove the glass and brush the entire pastry surface with beaten egg for a golden finish.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until puffed and deeply golden brown.
09 - Allow to cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
