# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
04 - Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture gently until just combined. Stir in chopped pistachios evenly.
05 - Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 23 to 25 minutes, or until center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
06 - Allow blondies to cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
07 - Lift blondies from pan using parchment overhang and cut into triangles resembling Christmas trees.
