03 - 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Green gel or oil-based food coloring
05 - Green sprinkles, edible glitter, or gold sugar for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
02 - Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until reduced to fine crumbs
03 - Add softened cream cheese to cookie crumbs and blend until fully combined and smooth
04 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of mixture and roll into 1-inch diameter balls, placing each on prepared baking sheet
05 - Freeze truffle balls for at least 45 minutes until firm
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth
07 - Add green food coloring to melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until desired shade is achieved
08 - Using fork or candy dipping tool, dip each truffle ball into green chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning to parchment sheet
09 - Immediately top coated truffles with green sprinkles or edible glitter if desired
10 - Allow coating to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until firm
11 - Transfer cooled truffle balls to airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve
