# Ingredient List:
→ Cheeses
01 - 8.8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese (for spreading and shaping)
03 - 2.8 oz black olives (for eyes and nose)
→ Fruits
04 - 2 large green apples
05 - 1 large pear (for the face base)
06 - 1 cup seedless green grapes
07 - 1 cup seedless red grapes
08 - 1 cup blueberries
→ Other
09 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
10 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
11 - 8 rice crackers or round crackers (optional, for serving)
# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Slice the pear lengthwise to create the lamb's face shape. Cut green apples into thin wedges to form the ears.
02 - Place the pear half in the center of a large serving platter to serve as the lamb's face.
03 - Surround the pear base closely with mozzarella balls to mimic the fluffy wool around the face.
04 - Place apple wedges on either side of the pear to create the lamb’s ears.
05 - Position black olives to represent eyes and nose, slicing as needed to achieve desired size and shape.
06 - Fill any empty spaces around the wool and base of the platter with blueberries and grapes to add color and texture.
07 - Use small dots of cream cheese with a spoon to affix eyes and nose securely; optionally apply cream cheese to form a smiling mouth.
08 - Add fresh mint leaves to the platter for a vibrant and refreshing finish.
09 - Lightly drizzle honey over the fruit and cheeses if desired.
10 - Serve immediately with crackers or enjoy as arranged.
