# Directions:

01 - Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the pot; cook for 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Mix in tomato paste, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper until meat and vegetables are well coated.
05 - Pour diced tomatoes and broth into the pot. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes if using turkey or 25 minutes if using beef, until meat is tender.
06 - Add pasta, stir well, cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
07 - Taste and adjust salt and spices as needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
