# Ingredient List:
→ Chicken
01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
→ Sauce
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and sliced
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - ½ cup chicken broth
10 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 3 cups baby spinach
12 - 1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
13 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Season chicken breasts evenly with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and cover loosely.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute to release flavors.
05 - Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
06 - Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
07 - Add baby spinach and cook, stirring gently until wilted.
08 - Return chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and simmer 2–3 minutes until heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
09 - Plate hot and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh basil as desired.
